Fabric: Outer 70% Polyamide, 30% Elastane. Inner: 62% Polyamide, 38% Elastane
Machine wash cold with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Lay flat to dry. Remove pads and wash separately. Re-insert pads once dry and voilà!
