Click & Collect - Free

 Click & Collect is free on any size of order. Please bring your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order. Orders can be collected anytime within current opening hours.

Standard Delivery - £2.99, free over £70

We aim to dispatch you items within 2 working days using 48 Tracked with Royal Mail so they should be with you within 3-5 working days. Please note, Covid-19 is still causing delays within the Royal Mail network.

Express Delivery - £3.99

We aim to dispatch your items within one working day using 24 Tracked with Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery - 7.99

International Delivery - £9.99

If your items are going to an international address, postage will take a little longer, up to 28 working days. 
Customs and Import Duties
If you live outside the UK you may have to pay local import duty on an item when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot advise on what these might be.
Returns & Exchanges
Here at Mish, we want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. However, because of the nature of lingerie and its sizing, we know that occasionally you will need to return items for either an exchange or a refund. Items can be returned within 28 days for either a refund or an exchange. All items returned must be unworn and with labels and tags in place. When returning an item from outside the UK, please make sure you mark the customs slip as “returned goods” to avoid long delays at customs.

Original postage costs are not refunded unless the item returned is faulty or the whole order is being returned. If you exchange any item no additional postage and packaging will be charged to send out your new items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

When returning an item please make sure that the return slip is enclosed so we can process your exchange/ refund efficiently.

We advise that you obtain proof of postage or a tracking number for any item returned.
