Q. How long do deliveries take?

A. Items are usually dispatched in 2 working days and are sent first class so should be with you in 3 to 4 working days for the UK. For full details on deliveries please see the delivery section.

 

Q. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

A. Yes any item can be returned for and exchange or a refund for any reason provided that the item is unworn and the tags remain in place.

 

Q. Why does my bra ride up my back?

A. A bra rides up your back for two reasons. The first, the bra has worn out and the elastic has stretched. The second and most likely reason is the band on your bra is too big. Try a smaller back size and for more details please see our fitting section.

 

Q. Why does my bra give me a double boob on the front of the cup?

A. The cup is too small, try a larger cup size.

 

Q. How can I contact customer services?

Q. Can my order be gift wrapped?

A. Yes but all gift wrapped orders need to be placed over the phone on 01208 590301
.

 

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Online purchases with tracking are not available at this time.

 

Q. I have received an incorrect item what should I do?

A. We apologise if you have received an incorrect item and unfortunately, on rare occasions, errors like this can happen. Please return the item to us and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement. We will refund you for the postage costs incurred.
